BIO

My brother was born on October 29th, 1972. We were living in Roxton Pond at the time.
He was a healthy baby with piercing blue eyes and blond white hair. He was a very happy child, always smiling, laughing. when he was about 2 years old, his father and our mother decided to split. The poor kid would see his father only two times after that. We could say that he was abandoned by is old man.

We moved to Adamsville / Bromont when he was 2 1/2 years old. Our mother had bought a small house near the Yamaska river. We spend a few happy years there. Than, she meet a guy, and we moved to Granby, in the country. We stayed on a farm. Eric and I, we could spend hours running around in the fields and the woods. Eric loved the animals: cows, goats, piggy, chickens, dogs, cats, etc. One thing he didn't like was the smell of it all. Who wouldn't? Almost all his life, he would have a dog. Princess (a small pug) was his first, Snoopy (a mixed German Sheppard) and Kate (a mixed Bull Mastiff and Pit Bull) who lived for 14 years was his last dog.

When he was about 5, mother bought an other house in St-Alphonse-de-Granby. That house would be the place Eric lived most of the rest of is life. He started school in kinder garden. He was he very lively boy. In first grade, we find out that he was claustrophobic!!! Poor little boy, he would come back home is lunch box still full. After a while, my mother was able to have him talk. He was scare to be in the cafeteria, that was in the basement of the school, that was why he didn't eat his lunch. He was always starving after school. Finally, our mother and the teacher found a solution : he could eat in the class room. Everything was good, he was a happy child again.

Eric made friend easily. At the time of is death, many of is childhood friends were still in is life. He was a tall slim good looking man.
