Have you heard about my brother, Eric Whitehouse?
On Thursday morning, February 15th, 2007,
my brother  ...   died.
He died crushed under a collapsed outdoors smoking shelter,
at his working place,
Transformateurs Delta, Granby, Qc, Canada

The collapse of a  shelter for smoker killed my brother!
He have become the first causality of the new Quebec no-smoking law.
I find the situation very disturbing :  that law was made to save life,
not for his to be taken. What a paradox.

What can we do ?

I really think that we have to start talking about the real stuff.
Why was there such a shelter on the primacies of
the plant where my brother worked?
Isn't someone's responsibility to be sure of
the security of the buildings and or shelters!
I can't wait to hear about the result of all the investigations
going on about the accident that killed my brother, Eric Whitehouse.
The Sûreté du Quebec and The CSST are conducting an investigation.
My question is this : what is it going to change
...
by brother is dead for ever.
